ON YOUR MARK – GET SET – GO!
Our Board has made the difficult decision to convert the Stroll & Roll into an entirely virtual race/walk due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety of our participants, volunteers and families is our highest priority, and we feel this is the best choice to make at this time. All proceeds benefit the MetroHealth Friends of Mothers & Infants (Friends of M&I), a nonprofit organization serving infants in need in the greater Cleveland area for over 35 years.
This means there will be no in-person Stroll & Roll event at Edgewater Park on Sunday, October 11. Participants will have one week (Sunday, 10/11/20-10/18/20) to complete the 5K or 1 Mile on their own time at a place of their choosing – whether it be outdoors or on a treadmill. Once complete, you will post your times via a personal link sent to your email. Then, you can share on social media with the hashtag #strollroll2020 and follow along at home. We encourage you to continue our Princess and Superhero theme even though we won’t be together.
